Guiding

In 2014 we had some great guide trips for smallmouth on the Juniata and Susquehanna river sheds. We had to move around a little bit, but found plenty of bass. Trout fishing was outstanding.  I will guide for trout in the Cumberland Valley on such streams as the Letort, Yellow Breeches, Clarks and Stoney. I will also be doing some trips to the area I grew up in which is Spruce Creek, PA. I will offer trips to the Little “J”, Spruce Creek, Spring Creek and some wild brook trout streams. All my trout guiding will be in the evenings and Saturday and Sunday (We will offer a few week day trips). All fishing will be done on public water. Equipment can be provided. I grew up on the Little “J” and it is my favorite trout stream in the East.

Once trout fishing slows down, I will be offering trips on the Susquehanna and Juniata Rivers as well as some other good smallmouth waters across the midstate. Smallmouth is one of my favorite species. Come chase some Bronzebacks with me this summer. I fish for smallmouth at least till Thanksgiving, the fall is awesome.

Flies are provided for the guide trips.
